Meet Mrs. Haynie
My name is Kathi Haynie. I am an 8th grade teacher at Belton Middle School. I have been teaching since 1988 in Anderson School District 2. I have taught 8th grade math and SC History, 7th grade math, and high school algebra. Twenty-five years of my career have been spent at Belton Middle School. It is definitely a place that is very dear to my heart and one that I call home.
I am married to Ted Haynie who is self-employed in concrete construction. This summer we celebrated our 23rd anniversary. We have four children: Ted, Margaret, Caroline and Will. Ted and Margaret are students at Clemson University. Ted will begin his fourth year and Margaret her third year beginning the fall of 2017. Caroline is a senior and Will is a freshman at at Belton-Honea Path High School. My family enjoys football, soccer, fishing, boating, wake boarding and knee boarding, snow skiing, hiking, visiting the beach and mountains.
